Sweden – a market with many barriers to entry, but with an undeniable passion and thirst for fine wine. Hervé Gouin of Mouton Rothschild teamed up with DIVA’s Ryan Brown and one of the company’s most dynamic clients to organise the first ever winemaker dinner for the estate on Swedish soil. Operakallaren, the most iconic Michelin starred restaurant in Stockholm located within the Royal Opera house, played host to an evening of exceptional wines and creative Swedish cuisine.
The attendees of the extremely exclusive event were treated to a beautiful selection of vintages that chef, Stefano Catenacci matched perfectly with inventive approaches on classic, Swedish dishes:
63 DEGREES BAKED EGG WITH CARAMELIZED CREAM, SMOKED COD ROE AND POTATO CRISP
Aile d’Argent 2015
TARTAR OF REINDEER WITH PICKLED LINGONBERRIES, BLACK CHANTERELLE, THYME MAYONNAISE AND FRISÉ
