Twenty-three personalities, twenty-three paths, twenty-three ways of loving wine… and that rare harmony that emerges when differences complement rather than compete with one another. An average age of thirty-eight, but above all a shared curiosity that drives us all. At DIVA, growing older is like a great wine: gaining complexity without ever losing freshness.

Originally from Oxford, Ryan is driven by a deep passion for wine and gastronomy. After studying languages and business in the UK, he moved to France and earned an MBA in Bordeaux in 2016. He has successfully developed DIVA’s English-speaking export markets for over five years and was appointed President in 2025. His creativity, expertise, and the quality of his relationships are particularly valued by his clients.

A graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux, Jean-Pierre joined DIVA in 1987 and became Associate Director two years later. He has supported the company’s structuring and growth with the ambition of positioning it among Bordeaux’s leading wine merchants. Under his leadership, DIVA became the official distributor for the majority of the Place de Bordeaux’s iconic wines. A seasoned traveller and art collector, he was elected Grand Chancellor of the Académie du Vin de Bordeaux in 2019.

A qualified engineer from the Institut Supérieur d’Agriculture de Lille, Antoine has always worked in the world of wine. After experiences with E&J Gallo Winery and Baarsma Wine Group, he joined DIVA Bordeaux in 2009. He develops export markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with an approach that is both strategic and people-focused.

Originally from Wuhan (a sister city of Bordeaux) Yali began her career between China and France. A graduate of ESC Bordeaux, she contributed to the development of Sino-French economic partnerships before specialising in the export of Grands Crus Classés. She joined DIVA Bordeaux in 2012 and puts her expertise at the service of long-term client relationships built on trust.

From a family of winemakers in Carcassonne, Benoit trained in oenology before completing an MBA in Wine Management in Bordeaux. After an international experience in Shanghai with prestigious classified-growth groups, followed by a role at a well-known Bordeaux merchant, he joined DIVA Bordeaux in 2021. He is now in charge of key accounts in Asia, combining technical expertise with an international outlook.

Originally from Southwest France, Adrien trained in business and marketing between Bordeaux, Cartagena, and Madrid before earning an MBA in Wine & Business in Bordeaux. He then spent four years in the United States within an international group of estates, building strong export market expertise. A former rugby player and outdoor enthusiast, he draws his energy from adventure, travel, and discovering new territories.

Born in Aix-en-Provence and partly raised on Réunion Island, Pierre began his career in the restaurant industry after studies in Bordeaux, Tours, and Lille. After six years, he turned to wine and completed an MBA in Wine & Business in Bordeaux. Following experiences in London and Montreal, he returned to France to work in wine distribution, settling in Bordeaux, his adopted city.

Originally from Brittany, Ronan developed an early passion for wine and moved into international business and finance. After experiences in Chablis and the Loire Valley, he settled in Bordeaux to develop the distribution of Grands Crus in Asia and the Middle East. For over ten years, he has played a key role in fine-wine purchasing and in relationships with the Châteaux.

Born in the heart of the Libournais vineyards, Lucie developed a passion for wine early on. A graduate in agronomic engineering from Bordeaux Sciences Agro, she has a deep understanding of the challenges facing the wine sector. She works at the crossroads of tradition and innovation, with a firmly future-focused approach.

Passionate about nature, wine, and market dynamics, Juliane builds bridges between these worlds. With German roots, she grew up between Austria and France. After studies in International Business, Geography and Viticulture, and experience in both châteaux and the Bordeaux négociant trade, she now works with DIVA as an exclusive agent across selected European markets.

With more than twenty years of experience in wine stock management and logistics in Bordeaux, Yorrick joined DIVA in 2022. He leads logistics operations with rigour and precision, contributing to the company’s day-to-day efficiency. His attention to detail and strong partner network are key assets.
